Dr.Pollock was absolutely awesome. I came in for a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in last minute/same day with a little over a 5 minute notice. Dr. Pollock talked me through all of my options and made the decision to do a crown, same day no temporary crown and looks exactly like my normal tooth did before. Even more grateful, because I know taking me on as a patient made their day run a little long. The office staff was also very friendly, my girlfriend made an appointment for herself before we left the office, I will definitely be back for my routine cleaning. This is a newly opened state of the art dental office in the Winchester area Dr. Pollock is a skilled Dentist and has great bedside care. He made me feel welcome to my appointment he greeted me by name and his skills are very knowledgeable as he works on my teeth he explained every thing he was doing and would be doing I rate him and his staff as taking a Stellar approach to great customer service.
